The Oreo Frappuccino has never been a Starbucks official flavor, but it is one you'll find if you search the internet, so I decided to give that a try. The Starbucks Secret Menu does have two ways they suggest you order it at Starbucks, so like with the Red Velvet Cake Frappuccino, I decided to mash them up and make it the way that sounded tastiest to me.

I will be honest and say I only like Oreos. I don't think they are amazing or anything, but I am super, super happy with how this frappuccino turned out. So if you love Oreos, or even only like them, this is definitely worth trying. Though, you do need to like chocolate to like this.

This is kind of a cross between a Mocha Frappuccino and a Double Chocolaty Chip Frappuccino (except with cookies and cream).

Step 1: Supplies

Picture of Supplies

This recipe is a single serving and makes about the equivalent of a 16oz Grande from Starbucks.

Ingredients*:

  • 2c ice
  • 1/4c strong coffee - this Trader Joes cold brew coffee is my go to, but feel free to just brew up some coffee
  • 1/2c whipping cream - or you can use milk or Half & Half, but I think it is the whipping cream that really made this drink tasty
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sauce - Torani's Chocolate Milano Syrup is also an option
  • 2 tbsp White Chocolate Torani
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup (or 3 tbsp of sugar, but simple syrup blends in better)
  • 3 Oreos mashed up (you can use 2 or 4 or however many you feel like) - or imitation Oreos, it's your call
  • Whipped topping
  • More chocolate sauce and crushed Oreos for topping
  • Pinch of Xantham Gum (optional)

No Caffeine:

Replace 1/4c coffee with whipping cream/milk/or whatever you are using

Basic:

Use 4 tbsp of chocolate sauce and just leave out the white chocolate syrup, but I think it tastes pretty good with the white chocolate. Or you can use white chocolate sauce instead of the syrup.

Utensils:

*The amounts are just a suggestion. Change it up to suit your tastes; for example, I don't use a lot of coffee, but when I make one for my husband I usually put in more coffee and then decrease the amount of milk.

it looks so yumm i will definately try it

I hope you do! It's so tasty :D

Oh, I plan to :D

YOM! looks amaxing. Do you think it would be good with Milano cookies instead of Oreos?

Hmm, I'm not sure. You know, I don't know if I've even had a milano cookie before. I think it could be tasty, just with only a slightly different taste as you would still have the chocolate sauce in it.
